Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy is 14 days after received.
To return your product, please email us at info@kristian-kristian.com to receive the return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and include the accessories (shoe box, dust bags, etc.)
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards.
Made-to-order items.
Pre-order items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return.
If you live in Denmark we suggest that you ship with DAO.
If you are returning an item from outside the European Union, please make sure the parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges on our side.
If we are charged any customs fees, import VAT or handling fees upon receiving the return, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from your refund or charge them before sending an exchange item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an e-mail approving or rejecting your refund. 
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchange
If you want to exchange your item(s), please e-mail us at info@kristian-kristian.com
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
We recommend contacting your your credit card company and bank about this matter. 
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@kristian-kristian.com.

 

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
