Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic shipping rates and estimates (Denmark)
For simple flat-rate shipping: 
We offer 29 DKK for delivery to post office.
We offer 45 DKK for home delivery.

International shipping (Europe)
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Norway. Flat rate shipping: We offer 90 DKK flat rate shipping to EUROPE. 

International Shipping (Rest of the world)
We also offer international shipping to all countries not mentioned above. 
Flat rate shipping: We offer 199dkk flat rate shipping outside of Europe. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number, from where you can see its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kristian-kristian.com with your name and order number.

Taxes & duties

Please, note that the product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Please, see the shipping tab on the product page(s) to check the location of the item.
